Part-Time Handyman / Maintenance – $40–$50/hr (Monroe / Monticello Area)
I’m looking for a reliable and skilled maintenance person to handle ongoing upkeep and occasional emergency work at my private property in the Middletown New York area. This is a part-time, flexible role—ideal for someone nearby looking for steady side work or contract hours.
Pay:
$40–$50/hour depending on experience
Paid weekly
Additional pay for emergency call-outs, if needed
Workload:
Some weeks are light, others more involved, depending on what comes up.
Examples of tasks:
Fixing interior/exterior lighting and outlets
Plumbing issues (slow drains, leaks, turning on water lines)
Minor carpentry (e.g., bunk bed repair)
Seasonal prep (pipe insulation, basic HVAC troubleshooting)
