The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and handling basic maintenance duties .
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and basic maintenance and repairs according to company standards on light - medium duty vehicles such as Dodge ProMasters, Ford Transits, Ford F59, Freightliner MT45, and more.
- Handle both in-shop and on-site services including road calls.
- Align and maintain vehicle systems including brakes, steering, and suspension
- Accurately document all repair processes, including written descriptions, and taking before and after picture utilizing Fullbay.
- Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical diagnoses to non-technical customers
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to use diagnostic tools to transmit data effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
Experience on heavy duty diesel engines a plus
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
