Looking for a Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team in Accord, NY!

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with relevant experience as a Pilates Instructor will be considered.
Professional Requirements:
Pilates Certification and 2+ years of teaching.
Must be available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and via email, extremely customer service-oriented, and highly organized.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or small groups, ensuring a safe and effective workout
- Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them improve their technique and reach their fitness goals
- Create personalized Pilates programs based on clients' needs and fitness levels
- Demonstrate proper form and alignment during exercises
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is required
- Knowledge and experience in other fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, cycle, personal training, dance, or sports coaching is a plus
- Strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics
- Ability to design and modify exercise programs to accommodate different fitness levels and goals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Experience in fitness sales or customer service is beneficial
