Ever think about working on new home building and renovations

I am looking for a someone to work with that can help with researching how to get us funding for construction projects. This position has the potential to develop into a partnership and will involve collaborating with the building department sometimes and assisting with land development projects if you have the interest. It is particularly suitable for a retiree who wishes to re-enter the industry. I have extensive experience in new home construction and renovations and am eager to find someone passionate about building new homes and house renovations, ideally with relevant prior experience. Local to Dutchess/Orange County and this is going to be mainly commission-based, which is why I was entertaining the partnership aspect. Seems every time I work with someone and pay by the hour, their heart just isn’t in it, and we get nowhere
