Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations for a packaging and fulfillment company by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing inventory for production and shipment. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing the warehouse, assist on the floor production and ensuring timely order fulfillment—all while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. We are looking for someone who wants to grow and willing to learn and be a part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments; verify quantities and check for any damage or defects.

Sort, label, and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders following established procedures.

Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to transport inventory within the warehouse.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements, discrepancies, and adjustments.

Perform routine cycle counts and support full physical inventory audits.

Keep the warehouse clean and organized by sweeping, shelving, and properly disposing of packing materials.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Warehouse-related certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory roles.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).

Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Clear verbal communication and ability to follow instructions.

Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and order processing.

Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and protocols.

Lines of Communication

Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and Production Manager. Collaborates with warehouse staff, office personnel, and the operations team.

Working Conditions

Work takes place in a warehouse environment. The role requires physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and operating some equipment.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $16.50-18.00 based on experience.

Expected hours: 40 per week
