Visual Documentation & Enhancement:
Capture stunning photographs of antiques and collectibles.
Utilize editing skills to enhance image quality and visual appeal.
Digital Presence & Engagement:
Showcase unique items on various platforms like 1stdibs and our website.
Actively manage and engage with our community across social media channels.
Strategic Inventory Oversight:
Catalog and measure items with precision.
Efficiently manage our digital inventory system for optimal organization.
Financial Oversight & Reporting:
Monitor and record financial transactions diligently.
Manage invoices and payment processes accurately.
Prepare detailed financial summaries and tax documents quarterly and annually.
Auction Event Management:
Lead setup and promotion of auctions on digital platforms.
Participate actively in auction event planning and clerking.
Client Relations Excellence:
Provide top-notch service by promptly addressing customer queries and issues.
Assist in item preparation and dispatch for a seamless customer experience.
Gallery Optimization:
Participate in setting up and maintaining inviting and well-organized gallery displays.
Implement innovative tagging solutions like manually-created QR codes for enhanced customer interaction.
