One of Westchester County's premier full site development contractor is looking for a site work and concrete foundation construction super:
- Must have 5yrs experience as super
- Must be familiar with all aspects of site work and construction equipment
- Must be knowledgeable concrete forming systems and procedures
- Must be able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to layout and shoot grades is a must
- Must have good work ethics and be reliable
- Can start immediately with year round steady work ( Current Super Retiring)
- Spanish speaking a plus but not necessary
- Ability to operate and be familiar with heavy equipment is a plus
- Hands on approach an extreme plus
