We are a private, multi discipline boarding facility. We are looking for a full time barn employee. This is a 5—5 1/2 days a week position. Additional hours may be needed to cover for other farm staff as needed.
Barn Worker Duties/Benefits: Feeding, turnout, mucking stalls & paddocks, assist Barn Manager with additional tasks as needed. Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience in caring for horses, ability to lift 50#, ability to work well with others and
reliable transportation are a must. $18 per hour with increase upon successful 3 month probationary period. Free board for 1 horse, after successful 3 month probationary period, 1 week paid vacation, 2 weeks vacation after 2 years, 40 hours of annual sick time, and
performance bonus.
