$30 / hour (including travel time up to half hour each way), up to 50 hours or $1500 / month
I'm a single business owner who spends half time at my house in West Hurley and the rest of the time traveling abroad or in the city. I need a weekly house-cleaning year-round, and plant watering visits when I'm not. I'd also like help researching or gathering estimates for minor renovations, or meeting technicians for home repairs (e.g., window washing, screen door repair, oven replacement). Could be 20 hours a month, could be 60. If it makes sense, I'm happy to pay a fixed monthly or biweekly amount instead of an invoice for hours. At minimum I require a weekly house cleaner, the property management and personal assistant work would be a nice addition.
I'm always exploring a few renovation projects or addressing routine house need and sometimes I let friends and family stay at my house when I'm not here. The house is never used for any commercial purpose or rental, it's my private full-time home and workspace with occasional guests. No pets and no children, just a lot of plants. 2000 square feet plus some decking, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus office and finished basement, recently renovated.
Ideally I'd like someone I can call to bring a package out of the rain same day or empty my PO Box at 12491 weekly if I'm traveling abroad. Maybe run a few errands or solve problems like bike repair.
