Looking for LPN/RN (Poughkeepsie)

I'm looking for RESPONSIBLE Private Duty home care LPN/RN to work with my spunky 13 year old daughter with Cerebral Palsy, epilepsy and asthma, she loves watching her shows on the tv, listening to music and playing with her dog Lola. She ambulates with assistance using AFOS to move about and uses a stander daily. I'm looking for an ENERGETIC and Experienced person who is RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE, with experience in seizure management. If you are interested please email me. You Must be able to bill Medicaid as your own NYS Medicaid provider. The current available open shifts are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8AM to 8PM. Also available, every other Saturday & Sunday 8AM to 8PM. Additional shifts will open soon. Filling other shifts is a plus but not a deal breaker. Some open availability is helpful but not required.
