We are a small, licensed, women-owned gummy manufacturer located in Poughkeepsie, New York. Our mission is to create delicious and safe products for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance. We currently have a very small production team of four people but are quickly expanding our reach and manufacturing capacity.
Job Description:
We are seeking a thoughtful, dedicated individual to assist in the production of our small batch, handmade gummies. The position requires a person who is comfortable working 6-8 hours on their feet. The production assistant will be involved in the cooking and packaging processes, cleaning and maintaining a sanitary environment, and following all guidelines and protocols required for manufacturing cannabis products.
We primarily work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Ideally, candidates would be available to work on a part time basis Monday through Thursday from 10am-4pm. Experience is preferred- this would be an excellent opportunity for line cooks who are looking for a work schedule that does not require nights and weekends, but we are more than willing to train the right person. We seek to build a positive, supportive work environment. There is opportunity for additional hours and job growth for the right candidate.
Compensation:
$22-$23 per hour commensurate with experience
