Josie’s Coffee Shoppe is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working Barista to join our team in the heart of Saugerties. We’re a locally loved spot known for great coffee, fresh food, and a warm, welcoming vibe. If you enjoy making people’s mornings better and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Making high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and tea
– Greeting customers and taking orders with a friendly attitude
– Prepping drinks and helping with food service
– Keeping the bar and front of house clean and organized
– Working as part of a tight-knit team
What We’re Looking For:
– Experience as a barista or in food service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
– Ability to stay calm and focused during busy shifts
– Strong work ethic and dependable schedule
– A genuine love for coffee, food, and good people
