Experienced Grill/Line Chef, accomms provided, in the Catskills

Experienced, fast, capable Gill/Line Chef required for lively, high quality bistro in the Catskills, New York. Main street accommodation provided, close to the restaurant. The Catskills is a great place to be in the summer! You must be a “beast of the line”, happy blasting out burgers, steaks, fish, wings, sandwiches from the grill night after night in volume! 5 day week, approx 35-40 hours, usually evenings. Could be a Sous Chef position if you want the supervisory aspect, but doesn’t have to be. You will not be asked to constantly cover other shifts and absences etc. Fun, friendly existing team.
