Westwind Orchard is a family owned farm orchard and restaurant located in Accord, NY.
We have a rare opportunity for an Executive Chef to join our team. We use our farm produce and carefully curated ingredients to create authentic Italian cuisine. Responsibilities include menu creation with seasonal ingredients, team management, cost control, exemplary cleanliness and organizational skills. Our restaurant is high volume in warm months and moderate in off season times. We require positive attitude, hard work and flexibility in your daily role. Requirements also include pre-existing knowledge of Italian cuisine, minimum 2 years in an Executive Chef position, availability on weekends and some holidays. We offer a very competitive wage.
