You will be directly involved in recording premium revenue, the monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and collaborating with other departments for financial accuracy.
Evaluate and document revenue contracts and related revenue accounting considerations.
Maintain the integrity of the company's financial statements by ensuring accurate and timely recognition of revenue.
Perform monthly account reconciliations, prepare detailed reports and account analytics.
Collaborate with external auditors providing audit request as required.
Facilitate process improvements and special projects that enhance and modernize the revenue accounting function.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
1-2+ years of premium accounting and revenue accounting experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software.
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Experience in the property & casualty insurance industry is essential.
