Location: Farmingdale, NY Category: Professional Entry-Level Posted On: Tue Oct 15 2024 Job Description: The Admissions Office is seeking a dynamic self starter eager to join our energetic team dedicated to student success. The position will support the Enrollment Team by assisting with processing and completion of admissions applications, document processing, and support prospective students and families throughout the application and enrollment process.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Process digital documents from a number of sources utilizing the Slate Batch Acquire process.

Prepare digital correspondence to questions regarding admissions, submitting documents, and general inquiries.

Download and processes documents received by email into Slate CRM.

Work with Academic Advisors to ensure students have all necessary documents for advisement.

Work with Slate CRM for document processing, searching students, and assist in resolution of issues related to digital documents for counselors and advisors.

Review checklist and application statuses, identify and fix errors.

Conduct audits and match up documents of applicants who were not previously attached to application.

Attend recruitment events on and off campus as needed.

Represent the college to perspective students, parents, and schools.

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree awarded by December 2024.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

One year of professional experience, preferably in a college setting.

Bilingual (Spanish preferred).

Graduate of Farmingdale State College.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time UUP position.

For the first 10 working days, beginning Tuesday, October 15, 2024, and ending Monday, October 28, 2024, applications will be limited to UUP Farmingdale.

SALARY: $50,000 + $3,400 in downstate location pay = $53,400 Total Compensation.
