Job Description Summary To set up and operate all equipment and select materials required in the compounding operation to provide consistent material to extruders and maintain blend inventory. There is a $1000 sign-on bonus for this position with the first $500 paid after the first 3 months of continuous employment and another $500 paid after 6 months of continuous employment.Essential Duties
