Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Mon-Fri days. Properties managed directly by owner. This is not a management company. Ideally, a person would have experience working with a previous apartment complex or landlord but not required. General handyman duties as well as various remodeling activities such as plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, etc. Willing to discuss potential training for any lacking skills.
