We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Edgewood, NY.This role involves supporting our registered mutual funds product suite, which handles proxy voting campaigns and maintains a central repository for aggregating and storing the information for reporting purposes. You'll have an equitable mix of experience in C# and database development, including SQL queries and Stored Procedures. Front-end UI development using Angular experience and experience with AWS is a plus.Are you looking to work among a dynamic and creative team? This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable high-quality applications using Angular, C# .Net and SQL Server/Oracle/Postgresql.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements design solutions and integrate with other internal and external applications.

Implement secure coding practices and maintain data integrity across all the applications.

Ensure technical standard methodologies and Broadridge standards are adhered to on continuous basis

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Engage in the full software development lifecycle from build to deployment and support.

Ensure the reliability and robustness of applications through testing and debugging.

Ensure comprehensive unit test coverage across the applications.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands on experience in enterprise software development using C# .NET

Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit testing, and operations

Expertise in .Net Framework 4.x and/or .Net Core, Asp.Net, Asp.net MVC , MVC Core, Web API.

Expertise in building applications with service oriented architecture.

Expertise in data access technologies like ADO.Net, REST services and automated unit test cases using NMoQ, NUnit, Jasmine

Front End experience using modern technologies for web development like Angular, React etc.

Hands-on experience with RDBMSs like SQL Server 2019/2016/2014/2012 or Oracle DB server.

Experience in writing technical documents (functional/technical/deployment); performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers

Knowledge of source code management such as TFS, VSS, GitHub, GitLab and Perforce

Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS) like Lambda, API Gateway etc. is a significant plus.
