Our client, an insurance company is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, dealing directly with customers, ability to answer questions, resolve customer issues, handle billing and payment processing which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Croton on Hudson, NYTemp-Perm OpportunityPay Range: 20.00-22.00/hr., based on experienceM-Fri 9am-5pmThis position will be responsible for:

Being a first point of contact for the agency

Handling Inbound and outbound calls

Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Assisting in office organization

Listening and resolving routine issues

Responding to basic billing and payment processing inquires and completing required reports and documentations

Running Carrier Reports

Processing Certificates of Insurance

Follow up with customers and carriers for various documents

Requirements:

Must maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Be able to provide excellent customer service

Computer Literate-Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up

Exceptional communication skills

This position has potential for growth.

Required education: High school or equivalent
