Urgently Hiring Shipping and Receiving Clerk!Count and pack completed parts and assemblies for shipment to customers. Receive and process incoming raw materials. Basic visual inspection for cosmetic quality of finished product. Use MRP system to track all out going and in coming products and material. Responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. Maintain a packaging quality level which allows finished products to be delivered with no lost parts or damage. Accurately document work order shipping information. Count and process in coming raw materials. Tag all received raw materials as needed. Avoid top loading skids or runner placements which may cause damage to raw materials. Follow written work order shipping instructions. Review e-mail expedite instructions during the shift. Basic visual review of cosmetic quality of finished products and incoming raw materials Maintain a clean and well organized work area.Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with MRP/ERP systems, work order, and/or warehouse management systems. 3 years’ experience working in manufacturing warehouse environment. Computer literate. UPS World Ship knowledge. Good math and reading skills.
