Skilled General Carpenter

I have a cabin up on the mountain. Needs a new roof, a section jacked and leveled, new floor, some new siding and a new deck. Its a solid couple of months of work for someone with a helper. I'm a builder in NYC looking for the right person to go live there and enjoy the springtime mountain air while working to get the place ready for the summer. You must be self motivated and know a little something about everything. I'm happy to pay a job price. I have all of the insurance etc.
