Bosco's Little Shop, an exciting multi-brand clothing store located in the Village of Saugerties, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager.
SUMMARY:
In this role your primary function is supporting the shop owner and being accountable for all aspects of the store’s commercial success including: generate sales, client development and store operations. The Assistant Store manager will partner with and work directly with Bosco shops” owner and Marketing team.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Responsible for the achievement of annual store sales goals; daily, monthly, yearly across all product categories.
Provide impeccable customer service
Initiate and develop long term relationships with clients, creating a client data base
Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge: brands, sizing, fits, fabrics and trends
Gather, analyze and communicate sales performance and trends to provide ideas and solutions to increase business
Develop strategies to drive sales, thinking outside the box to generate new business and a commitment to expanding our customer base.
Oversee all operational processes including:
All POS functions, maintenance and organization of store and stock, receiving inventory
Implement visual floor merchandising and maintain sales floor
Partner with Bosco’s Marketing Team on events, promotions, social media ecommerce site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Should be hardworking and highly personable
2 + years retail experience
Strong problem-solver
Able to balance multiple tasks while being customer centric and
to finish what they started
Enjoy client experience and meeting and exceeding goals
Ability to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients and store team
JOB TYPE: F/T P/T
PAY: $22-26.00 per hr
EXPECTED HOURS: 30-35

SHIFT: 6-7 hr
WEEKLY RANGE: Thursday –Monday, must work weekends
