Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other specialty beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly, efficient manner.
Provide accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure the coffee bar is well-stocked with ingredients, cups, and supplies.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the coffee bar and restocking supplies.
Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy, following company policies for payments.
Offer recommendations and educate customers about the menu, including specialty drinks and seasonal offerings.
Monitor customer feedback and respond to concerns or questions in a professional manner.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
Assist with training and mentoring new baristas.
Qualifications:
Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
