I need help with Bookkeeping for my clients. It is mostly for artists, galleries and interior designers in the NYC area. I have a small Accounting business and I need an Assistant who is experienced with AP/AR and cost of sales tracking/reports and a self-starter. Tax Prep, filing Sales Tax and helping with HR/Payroll would also be required. You would need to be skilled in Excel and with multiple platforms of QuickBooks. Non-profit experience is a plus. I am willing to train a bit but I need someone who is reasonably experienced as a Bookkeeper and as an Assistant. It would be mostly remote work but we would need to have the ability to meet in person at least 2 times a month if not more. Something around 5-8 hours per week. Location TBD.
