We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a First-Line-of-Email Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for filtering leads, understanding their background and skills, and crafting personalized first sentences for outbound email campaigns.
Your role will be crucial in initiating meaningful connections with potential clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
-Filter leads to identify potential targets for outbound email campaigns.
-Research and understand the background, interests, and skills of targeted individuals or organizations.
-Utilize social media accounts and other online resources to gather relevant information about leads.
-Craft personalized and engaging first sentences for outbound email campaigns based on gathered information.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
-Monitor and track the effectiveness of email campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
-Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research.
-Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and personalization.
-Proficiency in using social media platforms for research purposes.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Prior experience in email marketing or related fields is a plus, but not required.
