We are accepting applications to join our service/maintenance team at our Amherst apartment community in the positions of Service Technician and Service Manager.
Our maintenance teams are responsible for the overall maintenance and physical condition of the apartments including work orders, preventive maintenance, apartment turns and grounds.
Manager candidates should have 3 years of experience managing a team.
Successful candidates will be High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion and be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location. On-call rotation required.
