Position: 1099 Carpenters & Tradespeople in Buffalo
South Bronx Restoration is a rapidly growing company specializing in carpentry and maintenance services. We are looking for skilled carpenters and tradespeople to join our team. Our services include sheetrock installation, bathroom builds, trim work, painting, plastering, and more. If you have hands-on experience and are passionate about your craft, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer:
o Competitive Pay via 1099:
o $1,375/week for experienced carpenters
o $1,000/week for junior carpenters and $150 for helpers
o Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Saturdays available as extra)

Position Details:
Team Structure: We are looking for two teams of 3–4 skilled workers to work independantly.
Required Skills:
o Proficiency in carpentry, including framing, sheetrock, trim work, bathroom builds, and more.
o Ability to perform additional trades like tile setting, kitchen cabinet installation, and door hanging is a plus.
o Experience with drywall repairs, including stress cracks and patches.
o Knowledge of painting techniques (spraying, brushing, rolling) is preferred.
Qualifications:
o Proven experience in carpentry and construction.
o Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong work ethic and punctuality.
o Must be legal to work in the U.S. and fluent in English.
