A-1 Concrete Leveling seeks a Concrete Repair Technician to join their rapidly growing team in Buffalo, NY. As a Concrete Repair Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of concrete leveling projects.

-Occasional prevailing wage projects offer state-mandated pay of $65+ per hour.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Perform miscellaneous labor including pressure washing, caulking, sealing, drilling, and patching.
-Educate customers on expected outcomes.
-Contribute to completion of concrete leveling projects from start to finish.
-Read and interpret plans, schematics, blueprints and engineering drawings.
-Create specialty grout mixes on our proprietary pumping equipment.
-Ensure results meet quality standards and specifications.
-Provide exceptional customer service.
-Be willing to learn from highly skilled technicians.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
-Prior experience in a skilled trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC,) preferred.
-Experience working with concrete and/or caulking, or working in construction is preferred.
-Demonstrated experience handling transactional customer interactions (providing customer education, collecting payments, service coordination, etc.) is a plus.
-Must possess a US driver license with a clean driving record.
-OSHA 10 or higher certification preferred.
-Mechanically inclined.
-Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and with a team.
-Trainable and motivated to grow within the company.
