Summary
As an Automotive Detailer at Galaxy Auto Place, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are presented at their best. Located in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction, this position is essential for enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles to ensure they meet company standards.
Perform exterior washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing of vehicles.
Clean and sanitize interiors, including vacuuming and shampooing carpets.
Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics.
Inspect vehicles for any damages or necessary repairs during the detailing process.
Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive detailing or similar roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is advantageous.
