Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, licensed Master Barber to join our growing team at our Buffalo-area locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about the craft, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and eager to grow within a company that values tradition, exclusivity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and facials in line with The 3 Dog Barber’s standards
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times
Uphold all sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with New York State regulations
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture and support fellow barbers and staff
Qualifications
Valid New York State Barber License (required)
Minimum 2 years’ professional barbering experience preferred
Expertise in classic and modern men’s cuts, straight razor shaves, and beard grooming
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and client care
Passion for luxury grooming and commitment to ongoing skill development

Hourly pay plus commission on services and product sales
