- Utilize OneSite software for leasing, rent collection, and resident communication
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks
- Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property management
- Ability to handle lease agreements and contracts effectively
- Proficiency in file management and data entry
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with OneSite software or similar property management systems
