Job Description:
As an Interior and Exterior Painter at Coleman Express Painting Co., you will be vital in delivering outstanding painting services to our valued clients. We are looking for individuals who are meticulous, professional, and capable of working both indoors and outdoors. In addition to painting, some carpentry skills are required for minor repairs and surface preparation. You must also be able to transport yourself to job sites and be flexible to work on some weekends. Climbing a 40-foot ladder is occasionally necessary for specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior and Exterior Painting: Prep surfaces, apply paint, and ensure a high-quality finish for residential and commercial projects.
Carpentry Skills: Perform minor repairs and surface preparation as needed.
Professionalism: Maintain a neat, clean appearance and high professionalism when interacting with clients.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ensure precision and quality in every project, leaving a lasting impression on our clients.
Transportation: Provide reliable transportation to various job sites.
Weekend Availability: Be flexible with your schedule to work on some weekends as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Familiarity with using a 3M hand masking tool.
Carpentry skills for minor repairs and surface preparation.
Ability to climb a 40-foot ladder when necessary.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
