Position Title: Restaurant General Manager
Position Summary:
Pan de Cada Dia is looking for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager for our Subway® restaurant at 624 Main St., East Aurora.
Full-time (40 hrs/week)
$40,000-$42,000/yr (plus tips)
based on experience
Essential Duties:
-Manage restaurant and business records
-Maintain food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards
-Recruit and train new staff members
- Responsible for scheduling, inventory and money control systems as well as managing in-restaurant
marketing and local promotions.
Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, days, evenings and weekends, as necessary.
Pre-requisites:
Education: Two (2) years associate degree or bachelor's degree from a four (4) year college a plus but not required.
Experience: Sufficient exposure, generally a minimum of three (3) years in QSR establishments as assistant unit manager or above.SUBWAY EXPERIENCE A PLUS
Physical: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length and have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40 to 50 hours a week.
