As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced On-Site Hotel Manager to lead our operations and ensure an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Guest Services: Foster a positive guest experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing feedback to enhance service quality.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, promoting a positive team culture and ensuring high-performance standards.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability while maintaining high service standards.
Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and promote special events and packages.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the hotel’s presence in the Buffalo community.
Qualifications:
Some experience as a hotel manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of hotel management software and property management systems.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
