Location: Buffalo, NY (Elmwood Village commissary kitchen)
About the Role:
Cooking, ricing, and mixing potatoes for daily batches
Hand-rolling and cutting gnocchi with consistency and care
Assisting with sauce preparation and packaging
Helping during food truck events and pop-ups if available
Working closely with the founder in a fun, respectful, food-first kitchen
Ideal Background:
Experience with doughs (bread, pasta, pastries) or food production
Love of traditional recipes and appreciation for quality
Reliable, focused, and easy to work with
Available 2–3 days per week with flexible scheduling
Able to stand for a few hours and lift 25–30 lbs
