We are a therapeutic antibody research start-up that is currently expanding its team for a Research Scientists and Research Associates for our Assay Development,

Job Details

We are looking for people a strong background in assay development, cancer cell biology, immunology and will carry out research addressing important phases of therapeutic antibody discovery, in particular: Profiling and characterization of molecules towards their pre-clinical use, better understanding the mode of action of advanced compounds as well as the development of biological tests to help support the progression of selected molecules. The successful candidates will be responsible for the quality of the biological data generated.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in molecular biology, cancer cell biology or immuno-oncology or related field, candidates with strong publication record is preferred
Proven competence in basic immunoassays such as ELISA, and Western Blotting and experience in design and running qRT-PCR
Strong background and hands-on experience in various cell-based, signaling, binding and functional assays using detection methods including fluorescence, luminescence, etc.
Developing assays and cutting-edge technologies for antibody discovery against targets. Optimizing and troubleshooting the development of screening assays for high-throughput antibody discovery using various mammalian cell lines and primary cells
Experience in ADA assay, pharmacokinetical PK assay and data analysis, single B cell screening using Beacon Optofluidic System is a great asset
Extensive hands-on experience with multi-color flow analysis of immune cells and tumor cells
