Uses accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports.
Assist with daily account payable and accounts receivable entries
Setup new projects and maintain current projects in the firm project financial management system.
Work to reconcile bank accounts monthly.
Ensures compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable government regulations.
Assist in monthly invoicing to clients.
Assist in monthly accounts receivable collections.
Assists with management of accounting, auditing and budgeting within the organization.
Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Assists with preparations for audits.
Assist with human resources tasks: PTO Schedule, Bi-weekly Payroll submission and general ledger entries.
Work with project managers to confirm and review employee time sheet entries.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and agreements.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
