Part-time Book Keeper
If you love working with accounting software and numbers, and are patient, humble, diligent, hardworking and kind, if you come home feeling energized and fulfilled after working with financial figures, we want to talk with you. The Part-time Book Keeper will be part of a Christian educational team and must be a team player.
The Part-time Book Keeper will oversee billing for a small private school, maintain the school ledger, advise the principal on the budget, prepare reports for the school board and church board, confirm payroll each cycle, and assist with hiring. The Book Keeper will be part of the administrative team and sharing in weekly administration meetings. We use software compatible with QuickBooks.
