Must be comfortable with walking and performing duties on elevators (shafts, pits, machine rooms) and escalators.
Conduct elevator and escalator tests, material and spare parts distribution, inventory, and storage, as required.
Schedule and assign supervisors and employees to the various jobs required to meet project schedules and ensure product quality.
Conduct inspection reviews and prepare reports.
Must be available pre-and post -tour as required by project schedules.
Coordinate work with other MTA groups (C&D, communication, Architecture, Mechanical, Etc.)
Compiles and analyzes testing documentation,
Schedule and process tasks for training and licensing requirements
Responsible for meeting schedules and work with stakeholders to meet completion dates.
Responsible to ensure that working environment safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate and schedule all Access & Protection tasks involving E&E equipment
Additional duties as required to meet the needs of the department.

1st Step Entrance $112,717
2nd Step $114,313
3rd Step $118,338
Education and Experience:
Five years of full-time satisfactory experience in the installation, tests, maintenance and repair projects; at least one year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity.
Desired Skills:
Must have familiarly with NYCT policies and procedures, related codes, safety, and processes.
Must have 5 years' experience conducting inspections and tests.
Must be proficient in EAM, Power BI and Microsoft office suit.
