The CCOR Product Operating Model (POM) Team partners with Operations, Technology and Business leadership to deliver case management as a product across Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) teams in order to promote global process consistency and standards. We focus on evolving the organization's capabilities to target risk and to prioritize value-added tasks by leveraging agile processes, teams and infrastructure that enable first in class client experiences and outcomes. The Change Management team within POM engages our end users to identify opportunities and employ co-design principles to create effective, scalable, well controlled solutions that align to core objectives.Responsibilities:As a lead Project Manager, you will champion the needs and goals of your product stakeholders. You will translate these needs into workable solutions by:Understanding the strategy, operating model, and roadmap to achieve vision and business goals
Working with product users to uncover pain points, define opportunities, prototype solutions, and craft requirements
Collaborating with product users to ensure product changes are understood and devise operational readiness plan for seamless implementation
Communicating with stakeholders, partners, and product teams to manage the execution of initiatives through assembling meeting agendas/minutes, tracking follow ups, and ensuring completion of project tasks
Establishing the approach to rollout new capabilities, including objective/scope, communication, training/support, and feedback/metrics to measure outcomes
Generating concise status reports, building implementation project plans, creating, and delivering presentations for various stakeholders, and facilitating change from idea to execution
Proactively identifying project roadblocks, escalating issues, and communicating timely status updates to key stakeholders on a regular basis
Operating within a team atmosphere that fosters effective collaboration, relationship building, inclusion, and collective innovation
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience in a professional setting, preferably with experience in project management, technology, banking, or a closely related business leading strategic or transformational change
Experience working in an Agile team to gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and document user stories
Experience working with case management systems (CMS) or developing CMS as a product
Strong Project Management and organization skills with consistent attention to detail
Familiarity with Compliance processes, toolsets, and documentation a plus
Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with all levels of personnel
Strong time management skills; efficient at managing competing priorities and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high-level standard
Proficient with Microsoft products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and/or Documentation Toolset: Excalidraw, Figma, Balsamiq Wireframes, or other similar tools
Proficient in Jira and Confluence
