This position requires frequent travel, as well as evening and weekend hours.Essential Functions: Collaborates with the head coach to manage daily administrative operations.Monitors student-athletes campus activities, including housing, athletic scholarships, and financial aid, and acts as a liaison between parents and families.Coordinates with the recruiting coordinator for official and unofficial campus visits.Guides student-athletes on Name, Image & Likeness ( NIL ) inquiries.Liaises with Academic Advisement to track and report academic progress.Coordinates with marketing for game day experiences and community involvement.Oversees facility improvements and practice schedules and manages ticket requests.Acts as liaison with the Admissions Office for admission of potential undergraduate and transfer students.Monitors annual budget and organizes team travel.Supports alumni relations, job placements, and assists with summer camps and clinics.Adheres to all rules and regulations, pertaining to the sport as established by the NCAA , A10, and the University.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years working in a Division I collegiate athletic department.Minimum Salary: $75,000Maximum Salary: $85,000
