We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our team!

This is a Remote/Virtual Insurance Broker position. We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved. Our system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need and have asked for our product. The sales agent will be responsible for calling our clients, setting appointments, and virtually meet with them for about 45 minutes while helping them pick out an insurance plan that best fits their needs and budget. Many of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.

This position is for sales professionals who are self-disciplined and ready to work - the grind is real! If you need a boss, a timeclock or someone standing over your shoulder - this is not the role for you.

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Contact potential clients that have requested coverage

Present and sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Attend zoom training meetings

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field

Ability to build rapport with clients

Deadline and detail-oriented

Excellent work ethic

High level of integrity

Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred

This is a commission-only position, plus bonuses and benefits

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
