Experience in a manufacturing environment
Industrial engineering with emphasis on Continuous Improvement (CI)
Implementing Six Sigma
Good knowledge of VAP tools (Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
Managing production schedules, processes, and specifications to ensure product conformity
