Description Jenny Bour with Robert Half is partnering with a growing client to hire a Human Resources/Office Manager. The HR/Office Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the office. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing human resources functions and office management tasks for a smaller office in the financial industry. We are looking for a dedicated HR/Office Management professional who can contribute to the company's success through effective HR management and efficient office operations. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you!Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.

Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.

Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.

Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.

Supervise office administrative functions, including mail distribution, supplies management, and facilities maintenance.

Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences to ensure smooth execution.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize office services.

Oversee office budget and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

While not mandatory, previous experience in the financial industry is beneficial and will be considered an asset.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in human resources and office management roles.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
