We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the automotive industry, a commitment to quality, willingness to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose issues on primarily collectible, antique and sports cars
- This job is anything but routine, you’ll be working on and helping build hot rods, restomods and restoring classics
- Troubleshoot and repairing complex automotive electrical systems, including new wiring and circuitry.
- Utilize welding skills to repair and fabricate vehicle parts and components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician, with experience working on antique cars
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, powertrain and transmission systems, and diagnostic practices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work on collectible and vintage engines
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair techniques.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair software and tools.
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
