Maintenance Supervisor – $40.00/hour
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Some flexibility required; possible on-call work)
Contract: 5-month contract
Pay: $40.00/hour (W2 only)
We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a clean, industrial facility in Saratoga Springs. You’ll be working directly with the on-site facilities team to maintain HVAC systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties Include:
Provide immediate support for site operations with minimal ramp-up time
Act as on-site lead for facilities-related tasks and vendors
Collaborate with HVAC teams on maintenance and repair
Handle general facility issues (e.g., restrooms, painting, minor touch-ups)
Conduct fire extinguisher and eyewash station inspections
Monitor and maintain fire suppression systems
Help support start-up and “new account” site activities
What We’re Looking For:
Universal EPA Certification (required)
Journeyman-level experience or training (preferred, not required)
4+ years of hands-on building or facility maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or GED required; trade school is a plus
Tech-savvy: comfortable using iOS devices, Outlook, and Teams
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
Additional trade certifications (a big plus!)
A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently
Work Environment:
Clean industrial facility
PPE required at all times: eye and ear protection + steel-toed boots
