Supervise a team of maintenance and construction personnel in the preservation and renovation of historic buildings and grounds for a multi family student housing rental company.
Work with executive director, architect, engineer, and other construction professionals in the development of plans and associated budgets for future renovations and new builds.
Create policies and procedures to implement efficient, cost saving execution of tenant maintenance requests.
Currently 27 buildings with approximately 300 beds all next door to each other.
This successful candidate should have a minimum of 20 years professional experience ideally all in the construction/maintenance field.
Hands on maintenance and/or construction experience required.
