We’re a property management company seeking a reliable, detail-driven person to handle unit turnovers, deep cleans, inspections, exterior upkeep, and basic prep work across rental properties in Albany, Troy, and Schenectady.
This is a part-time, on-the-ground role. You’ll be working inside units, around buildings, and directly supporting leasing and maintenance operations. It’s physical, fast-paced, and requires strong time management and follow-through.
Job Duties Include:
Full unit cleans after move-outs (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, appliances, windows)
Common area and exterior cleaning (hallways, porches, trash pickup)
Light touch-ups (paint, spackle, caulk, outlet covers, minor repairs)
Staging units for showings (basic setup, wipe downs, scent/lighting prep)
Performing detailed move-out and move-in inspections with checklists
Checking locks, labeling and testing keys
Restocking supplies in bins and cleaning kits
Reporting issues with photos and clear notes
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent attention to detail — you catch what others miss
Strong communication and follow-through — show up, check off, and report
Ability to work independently and manage a checklist without micromanagement
Comfortable with cleaning, climbing stairs and basic repair tasks
Must have reliable transportation — multiple stops may be needed in a day
Must be on time and responsive during scheduled shifts
No supplies needed — we provide everything
Pay:
$25/hour, paid weekly (to start)
$100 weekly bonus for completing all assigned shifts and tasks on time
Part-time; typically 2–4 days/week, with flexibility
Full-time: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
