Painter Needed for Consistent Work

Hello, we are a property management company who manages around 200 units in the capital region. We are looking to connect with a painter at $25 an hour for all jobs with us. We have a lot of move in's and move out's that require painting and some other work. We are only looking for someone who can paint for right now. If work goes well and there are more opportunities, we can adjust and see what can be added. This would not be an employee situation. You would be a consistent vendor who only does painting jobs for our company. Materials will be paid for up front by the company and pay will be each week.
